Delivery and installation: how your safe reaches you

Curb-side delivery or delivery to your preferred location? What both options offer, the costs for anchoring and old safe removal, and the conditions that apply to site access.

A safe is not a parcel. From 31 kilograms, it travels as general cargo or with our own service team, and from that point on, your access route determines which method is the right one. Two delivery methods are available, plus two services that you can book separately.

Quick self-check

Which delivery method suits you?

Four questions, no registration, no shopping cart. You will make the final selection at checkout anyway; this is just for guidance.

The two paths

Curb-side or desired location

Curb-side delivery is free of charge in Germany and Austria. The freight forwarder delivers the safe on a one-way pallet to the curb. From there, it is up to you: further transport, positioning, and anchoring. For ground-level situations and manageable models, this is the most straightforward way.

Delivery to the desired location means that our service team will bring the safe to the designated spot using a stair climber, if necessary with up to five specialists. If there is no way through the house, we can bring safes weighing up to approximately 400 kilograms through a window, provided conditions are suitable.

i
Two things for planningFor delivery to your desired location, please allow for up to two weeks additional delivery time, as we need to coordinate the appointment and the team. Also: If transport on site exceeds 45 minutes, we charge 75 euros for every additional 15 minutes started. To avoid surprises, we will clarify the access route with you by phone beforehand.
Optional extras

Anchoring and old safe removal

Both services are not separate delivery methods, but supplements to the delivery to the desired location. They can be booked individually or together.

Anchoring with certificate
Our technicians will anchor the safe professionally and according to the subfloor; anchoring material is included. You will receive a certificate recognized by insurance companies and authorities. Details on how we anchor can be found under Installation site.
Old safe removal
The new safe comes in, the old one is discreetly taken away during the same appointment. This saves a second appointment and the hassle of disposal.
