Overview

Nationwide emergency safe opening

What happens if you can no longer open a burglar-proof and securely anchored safe?
First, it is important to know what type of lock your safe has. With an electronic combination lock, it may be possible that the lock's battery is dead and needs to be replaced. However, if the code is forgotten and no master code is available, only a professional emergency opening will help.
Do you open your safe door with a key and have lost it or is it broken? You can also turn to your team at Bremer Tresor with confidence in such cases.

What we take care of

Safe emergency opening: everything from a single source

Process

Changing batteries and emergency opening

Changing batteries

If your safe or vault is locked with an electronic combination lock, you can first try changing the battery yourself. Our models have external contacts for a battery. The contacts are hidden behind the keypad. You can carefully loosen it with a screwdriver. You can then connect the battery and try to open your safe again. The user code will be retained even when the battery is changed. You can find detailed instructions with a video at "Opening a safe when the battery is dead".

Emergency safe opening

Have you forgotten the code to your electronic lock? Is your safe key no longer intact? Then contact us. We perform emergency safe openings regardless of the manufacturer, so you do not have to have purchased your safe from us to take advantage of our services.

For an emergency safe opening, it is essential that we receive the following information from you:

  • Safe make and model
  • Year of manufacture of the safe
  • Type of locking system

Furthermore, when an emergency opening is performed by our staff, you must be able to prove that you are the owner of the object.
