The main characteristics of safes or gun cabinets are their resistance to break-in attempts and their weight. Based on these features, they are also certified according to EN 1143-1 and assigned to a resistance grade or security level.
Handgun cabinet: Class N/0 and Class 1
You will find both versions with us: the Class 0 handgun cabinet and the Class 1 handgun cabinet. The difference lies in the degree of resistance according to EN 1143-1 and thus in what you are permitted to store inside:

There are also requirements for ammunition and anchoring. The most important points in brief:

Argos
The Argos series includes handgun safes that comply with resistance grade 1, i.e., the stronger of the two versions.
The Argos 2 handgun cabinet weighs only 30 kg, making it one of the lightest and smallest safes for handguns in our range. It provides space for two handguns plus ammunition. Your pistols are stored securely and tidily using magnetic mounts on the back wall of the safe. The Argos is equipped with a standard double-bit key lock but can also be purchased with an electronic combination lock.
The largest model in the Argos series is the Argos 8-100 handgun cabinet. It weighs 120 kg and offers standard space for 8 handguns and ammunition. You can also add additional gun holders as well as entire shelves to the large Argos to fully utilize the interior.
In addition to the Argos 8-100, there is also the Argos 6, the Argos 8, and the slightly more spacious Argos 8-65, which hold 6 and 8 handguns respectively.
Nestor
The Nestor series consists of the Nestor 5 and Nestor 5-1 models, which weigh 57 kg and 60 kg respectively and each hold 5 handguns including ammunition. Both comply with security level N/0 according to EN 1143-1. The steel from which the safes are made ensures fire-retardant properties. The difference lies in the separate storage compartment of the Nestor 5-1.
Fontes: fireproof handgun safe
The Fontes series is available in the form of fireproof handgun cabinets. The larger models in the Fontes series fall into the category of fireproof long gun cabinets.
The smallest fireproof handgun cabinet is the Fontes 9 with space for 9 guns, a weight of 200 kg, and resistance grade 1. It is protected against fire for 30 minutes, meaning the interior will not heat up to more than 150°C for half an hour.
The large variant of the Fontes handgun cabinets is the Fontes 9 Plus at 216 kg. Its heavier brother, the Fontes 9.3 Plus, weighs 300 kg. They also comply with resistance grade 1 according to EN 1143-1.
