When you choose a safe from Bremer Tresor, we provide you with a spare key upon delivery.
Should you nonetheless require one or more additional double-bit keys, you can have them duplicated by us.

Procedure

Defective key

Do you need an additional key, but your current one is broken or defective for another reason? Despite this difficult situation, we are able to produce further keys for you.

  • First, please contact us with the following important information: name, address, details regarding the safe model, and a photo of the key.
  • Then, send us the key by registered mail (in a padded envelope). We will send your new key back to you the same way.

If no key is available or the safe keys have been lost, we must replace the safe lock for security reasons. We are by your side for this as well, with our emergency safe opening for locked safes, or a lock replacement for open safes.

Are you interested in upgrading your locking system? For example, if you switch from a key to an electronic combination lock, you can easily and continuously adjust the circle of people who have access to the safe. Depending on the design of the safe, multiple access codes can be stored. This ensures the security of your documents.

Yes. If you have chosen a safe from Bremer Tresor, you will receive a spare key upon delivery.

How do I send the key in?
Please send the key to us via registered mail in a padded envelope. We will return your new key to you via the same method.
What happens if all keys are lost?
In that case, we must replace the safe lock for security reasons. If the safe is locked, we will first perform an emergency opening
