Cities, municipalities, district administrations, police stations, and courts store a wide variety of items: cash from tills, civil registry documents, master keys for properties, evidence, and data media. Each of these is subject to specific regulations, and in almost every case, the deciding factor is not the price, but whether the documentation, delivery, and installation are handled properly.

What is stored in offices, departments, and courts

Authorities rarely need just one model; they usually require several for different purposes. These six areas cover the majority of needs:

• Cash and valuables from cash offices, lost-and-found offices, and storage. Here, the resistance grade is what counts, as it determines the recognized insurance coverage.
• Documents and files with mandatory retention periods. The decisive factor here is tested fire protection, not burglary protection.
• Keys for properties, service vehicles, and emergency access, often with documented issuance to various personnel.
• Weapons and ammunition at service departments, which must be stored separately from one another.
• Data media from IT departments, which require different temperature limits than paper.
• Narcotics in health departments, clinics, and emergency services.

Quote before ordering

You will receive a written quote detailing items, delivery time, and installation costs, which can be used for internal approval and comparative bidding.

Purchase on account

The standard procedure for public contracting authorities, with no advance payment or credit card required.

Documentation for the file

Certificates and test labels are part of the process. The specific certification varies by product line; we will provide this information for the specific model in advance.

Delivery and anchoring

We deliver to the place of use, even on upper floors, and anchor the units on-site. Safes weighing less than 1,000 kilograms must be secured; otherwise, insurance coverage is void.

Old unit removal

An existing safe can be removed and disposed of during the same appointment.
