A wall that adapts to your collection
It is not practical to plan a gun room with fixed mounts because your collection will change. That is exactly what a pegboard system is made for: The panel forms the grid; everything else is hooked on and can be repositioned at any time without the need for drilling or new installation.
The Rio system consists of two components. First, the panels, which define the surface area, and then the elements that sit on them: gun mounts, rails, pedestals, shelves, boxes, and hooks.
Two widths, can be combined as desired
| Panel | Dimensions | Usage |
|---|---|---|
| Rio 150 | 122 x 153 cm | the base area for one wall side |
| Rio 50 | 122 x 50 cm | supplement, niches, remaining sections |
The narrow panel is the reason why almost any wall length can be filled perfectly. You plan the surface with the large panel and finish off to the corner with one or more narrow ones instead of leaving half a meter unused.
What goes on the wall
The vertical and horizontal mounts differ in how they utilize space. Vertically, the guns stand side-by-side and require height; horizontally, they lie above one another and require width. The layout of your room determines which variant fits better, not the number of guns.
What the system is suitable for
The pegboard system belongs in a gun room, not a safe. It requires wall space and is most useful where larger collections need to be kept clearly organized and accessible: for clubs, dealers, authorities, and private collections that have outgrown a safe.
If your existing room does not meet the requirements for storage, we can supplement it. We supply gun room doors for retrofitting and complete prefabricated gun rooms if no suitable existing structure is available.

Of two components. The panel provides the grid, and the elements are hooked into place: gun mounts, rails, pedestals, shelves, boxes, and hooks. Everything can be rearranged at any time.
Two. The Rio 150 measures 122 x 153 cm and forms the base surface, while the Rio 50 measures 122 x 50 cm and closes off niches and remaining gaps. Both can be combined as desired.
Space utilization. Vertically, guns stand side-by-side and require height
Yes, the system is designed for the wall space of a room, not for the interior of a cabinet. For cabinets, there are separate hook-in gun mounts and shelves instead.
Yes, and that is the core concept. Panels can be added, and elements can be rearranged. If your inventory changes, the configuration changes with it, without the need for new installation work.
The delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks. For a larger build-out, you should factor this into your planning.
Then we supplement it. We supply retrofittable gun room doors and complete prefabricated gun rooms if no existing structure is suitable.
Let us know the dimensions of your wall space and your inventory of long guns and handguns. Remember to include optics, cleaning equipment, and ammunition containers, as they require just as much space as the weapons.
