How delivery works
- Up to 31 kilograms
- Shipped as a parcel. This applies to small furniture safes and key safes.
- Over 31 kilograms
- General cargo or delivery by our own team, depending on weight and access. The appointment will be coordinated with you in advance.
- With stair transport
- Always by trained personnel. We bring the safe up stairs to the installation site, even to upper floors and basements.
- Anchoring
- Immediately following, set from the inside, with a certificate for insurance purposes. Models under 1,000 kilograms must be anchored.
- Old unit
- Upon request, we can take the old safe with us during the same appointment and dispose of it professionally.

Can the floor support the weight?
With heavy units, the problem is not the route, but the location. A standard residential floor is designed for a live load of approximately 200 kilograms per square meter. A safe concentrates its weight on a very small area, which is why the load per foot is more important than the total weight.
In practical terms, this means: ground floors or basements with a concrete slab are unproblematic; for upper floors and older buildings with wooden beam ceilings, we will examine the situation beforehand.
