How it works

  2. Farbe prüfen: Blau nimmt Feuchtigkeit auf, Rosa heißt trocknen
  3. Trocknen: an der Luft, in der Mikrowelle (600 W, 6 Min.) oder im Ofen (150 °C, 1 bis 1,5 Std.)
  4. Wieder einlegen, sobald die Anzeige blau ist

How to use the L dehumidifier

Place the bag in a compartment or on the floor of your safe. It measures 21 × 13 × 4 cm, works without electricity or batteries, and absorbs moisture from the air inside the closed safe.

The color indicator

There is a small indicator on the bag. If the dot is blue, the dehumidifier is absorbing moisture. If it is pink, it is saturated and must be dried.

How to regenerate it

A saturated dehumidifier is not thrown away, but dried instead. This can be done in three ways: in the air, preferably in the sun, or in the microwave at 600 watts for 6 minutes. In the oven, it dries at 150 °C in 1 to 1.5 hours. Once the indicator turns blue again, it is ready for use, and you can place it back in the safe.

Which size is right?

The L dehumidifier is sufficient for closed spaces up to 0.9 m³, which is 900 liters. For smaller safes up to 0.4 m³, or 400 liters, the S dehumidifier is sufficient. You can find your safe's internal volume in the model's technical specifications.

Woran erkenne ich, dass er getrocknet werden muss?
An der Farbanzeige auf dem Beutel. Ein blauer Punkt bedeutet, dass er Feuchtigkeit aufnimmt. Wird der Punkt rosa, ist er gesättigt und muss getrocknet werden.
Wie trockne ich den Luftentfeuchter?
An der Luft, am besten in der Sonne, oder in der Mikrowelle bei 600 Watt für 6 Minuten. Im Backofen trocknet er bei 150 °C in 1 bis 1,5 Stunden. Zeigt die Anzeige wieder Blau, kann er erneut verwendet werden.
Braucht der Luftentfeuchter Strom?
Nein. Er arbeitet ohne Strom und ohne Batterie und nimmt die Feuchtigkeit selbstständig auf.
Wie oft muss ich ihn trocknen?
Das hängt davon ab, wie feucht der Aufstellraum ist und wie oft Sie den Tresor öffnen. Die Farbanzeige zeigt Ihnen zuverlässig, wann es so weit ist.
