Frequently asked questions

Class 1 stands for resistance grade 1 according to EN 1143-1. The safe has passed a real burglary test and achieves a higher recognized insurance coverage than resistance grade N/0.

You open it without a key and do not have to secure a key separately. The code can be changed, for example if someone else knew it. More on this in the guide Electronic combination lock.

Nothing dramatic. The battery is accessible from the outside and can be replaced

Safes under 1,000 kg must be anchored to the floor or the rear wall. We supply the installation material.
