Replacement keys and lock replacement

Replacement keys

We can produce a replacement key for your safe if you still have one key; even a defective or broken key is sufficient for us to process your request.

Please contact us and provide the following information:

  • Name and address
  • Information about the safe model
  • A photo of the key

Based on this information, we are able to copy a replacement for your safe key.
You then send us your safe key in a padded envelope via registered mail. We will send both the original and the copy back to you via registered mail.

Replacing the lock

If you no longer have any safe keys, we must replace the entire lock. Please check everywhere one more time to see if you can find the lost key before we perform an emergency safe opening for you.
